23 Jul Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 on the placing on the market of fertiliser products
The new Regulation which will enter into force from 16 July 2022, inter alia, promotes the use of recycled or organic materials for the purpose of fertilising by establishing harmonised conditions for the placing on the market of fertilisers produced from such materials throughout the internal market. Promoting a greater use of recycled nutrients would contribute more to developing the circular economy and would allow a more efficient use of the nutrients generated.
